View on XD'Almeida's report of what happened the night he was assaulted appeared on Scriberr News, which characterized CHOP as a sort of festival during the day, but turned into a shady place after the sun went down.
He goes on to say that he sat on a couch about 40 yards from where Raz Simone and his cronies were gathered in case "anything interesting" happened.
When the armed group spotted D'Almeida, they started stalking him and eventually confronted D'Almeida, saying: "Give me your phone, show me what’s on your phone, or I’m going to knock you the f*ck out."
Afterward, Scriberr News stated that "D’Almeida decided to move away from the area, when another agitator grabbed him by the collar of his jacket and punched him in the back of his head. Soon, he found himself surrounded by more agitators so he ran outside of the zone’s barriers to seek help. He recalled yelling for people to help him get out of the area, but no one did."

Young not only occupied a no-cop zone that made efforts to keep police officers out when he was shot, he continued by saying that the "cops left me out there to die" on a short TikTok video he made while in the hospital.

View on XWhen Young was asked about the shooting incident, he said: "So basically I was shot by, I’m not sure if they’re ‘Proud Boys’ or KKK,” said Young. “But the verbiage that they said was hold this ‘N-----’ and shot me."
There is currently no evidence available to substantiate the claim that members of the KKK or Proud Boys were responsible for Young being shot.
