President Donald Trump's Border Czar Tom Homan, as well as Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, have said that a leak exposing an upcoming ICE raid in Los Angeles likely came from the FBI. This comes after Attorney Pam Bondi said that the DOJ will "come after" the leaker.
During a media segment with Sean Hannity, Homan told the host, "We're thinking it's coming from inside. And we know the first leak of Aurora is under current investigation. We think we identified that person under investigation right now. The California leak — Secretary Noem, she's correct on some of the information we're receiving — tends to lean towards the FBI.”

They've opened up a criminal investigation, and they have promised that not only is this person gonna lose their job and lose their pension, they're gonna go to jail, they're gonna be criminally prosecuted, so we're all over it," Homan added.
Homan continued, saying that they want to send a “strong message” about the seriousness of the leaks and added that those who leak sensitive information risk the lives of those on the front lines, such as ICE agents. "It's just not giving the bad guys a heads up... you're putting officers' lives at risk," Homan told the Fox News host.
"It's only a matter of time before... there's going to be a bad guy who doesn't care, who is going to be sitting in wait for the officers to show up and ambush them," Homan added in his comments. The FBI and the Drug Enforcement Administration had been called in to help with the upcoming California raids that were supposed to take place before the end of February, according to the Daily Mail.

On Monday, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem wrote on X that the "FBI is so corrupt," and added, "We will work with any and every agency to stop leaks and prosecute these crooked deep state agents to the fullest extent of the law."
