Evidence shows that Hispanics, many of whom live in poverty in Star and Zapata counties in the Rio Grande Valley, voted overwhelmingly for Donald Trump in the last presidential election. Yet Democrats, Carlson said, continue to point to these voters as QAnon conspiracy theorists.

Democrats and Washington, DC, insiders find it confusing that Hispanics, who they believe to be steadfast leftist voters, cast their ballots for the opposing team. The belief as well, Carlson said, is that Hispanics would overwhelmingly support illegal immigration and illegal immigrants, but this belies the truth that those who have come to the country legally and walked the long path to citizenship are not in favor of those who enter the country illegally.

Henry Cuellar, a Democrat congressman from Texas, has said that the Biden administration is "purposefully withholding" the information on illegal immigrants being released into his community.

While the Biden administration has pushed for much more open borders, they appear to have taken little stock of the affect of that either on the border communities, the forming of migrant caravans in Central and South America, or the US as a whole.
