A woke dance instructor participated in a rally last week at the University of Washington in support of Hamas terrorists, the Palestinian terror group that committed atrocities against Israeli civilians including children and babies.
Students identified Professor Christine "Shiraz" Sahin during the terrorist-supporting rally on campus. She was wearing pro-Hamas gear with their signature keffiyeh as the crowd called for the genocide of Jews.

View on XIn a video taken by students from the university’s Turning Point USA chapter, Sahin identified herself as a professor at the university and is promptly schooled on what would happen to the trans-identifying person next to her in Gaza.

View on XSahin placed herself between an apparently trans individual and pro-Israel supporters who tried to explain to the man in a skirt that he would be welcomed in Israel, but would be killed for his gender-bending in Gaza.
In the background of the video, pro-Hamas demonstrators can be heard chanting “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” which is a call for the ethnic cleansing of Jews from Israel.
Later, Sahin can be seen with a man who yelled at pro-Israel demonstrators "Cowardice runs in your f*cking blood.”

View on XSahin wrote on social media after the barbaric attacks that massacred over 1300 Israelis: "Art of all kinds is always political. Art embodies values. Art is power. Art is community. I stand w/Palestinian liberation & the necessary end to genocide, occupation & ethnic cleansing.”

View on XShe also supported a statement from SUPER UW, the group that organized the rally and used a graphic of one of the gliders that Hamas terrorists used to infiltrate the Jewish state. SUPER UW’s statement condemned the university president for her comments in a letter about a Jewish UW grad student who was murdered in the Hamas attacks, writing, “I'm a UW professor and I stand w/ Palestinian liberation & the end of occupation.”

View on XOne of the classes Sahin teaches is Dance, Power and Globalization: How globalization across geographic, political, commercial, and digital domains has shaped the evolution of dance practice, performance, and community in select regions of the world. Particular focus is on how dance expresses and intervenes in systems of power and oppression, including nation, race, gender, and class.
Sahin teaches another class entitled, Dance, Gender and Sexuality, on “How gender and sexuality are constructed, challenged, and reimagined through dance practice.”
Both classes fulfill university requirements in Diversity, Social Sciences, and Arts and Humanities.
The UW professor’s social media posts are filled with advertisements for her belly dancing performances under the name Shiraz.
