The USA football organization posted a map in which Taiwan is a part of China in sharing news about international market access.

As for the actual announcement by the American football sports group, the NFL unveiled their international arrangement for 18 teams to 26 international markets in 8 different countries for "at least" the next five years.

An occasion that was interrupted by the political climate of modern times.

Back in October 2019, ESPN used a map that had Taiwan under the ownership of Chinese interests.

When it comes to the position of the Biden administration it’s muddled as to whether or not they’d defend Taiwan. The President vowed as much in October, but his handlers later walked back that message. Joe later backtracked to say it’s Taiwan’s own responsibility to uphold their right to independence.

Most recently, the Biden White House censored Taiwanese Digital Minister Audrey Tang during the Summit for Democracy, specifically when the minister displayed a map of Taiwan being independent from China.

This comes as international political tensions escalate surrounding the sovereignty of Taiwan. In recent months the Taiwanese government has vowed to not capitulate to Chinese pressures for takeover.

But Taiwan is preparing for war against China all the same. In terms of western awareness on the dilemma, Enes Kanter of the NBA is one of the few sports personalities making an effort at speaking out.
