A Vancouver nurse is under investigation after complaints were lodged against her over her "gender critical" views. With the financial support of Chris Elston, often referred to as “Billboard Chris” for his strategy of wearing sandwich boards declaring that “Children cannot consent to puberty blockers,” Amy Eileen-Hamm sponsored a billboard expressing support for famed children's author JK Rowling.
For this, she faced calls for her permanent removal from her career in nursing and is under investigation by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
Since this story broke, Amy has retained the representation of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms. The JCCF is a charity based law group dedicated to representing people fighting in constitutional matters. All of their cases are done on a pro-bono basis.

Amy Eileen-Hamm is a writer and activist. Most notably, she is a feminist and critical of the trans agenda. She is part of a broader movement of women fighting to preserve women's spaces and the lived experience of being a woman.
