Over 25 found in Toronto restaurant, partygoers ticketed

Toronto does not currently allow indoor dining, and has not allowed it for over seven months now.

Toronto police issued tickets after 25 people were found partying inside a King West restaurant.

Police say they received a call around 5:45 pm, for the Baro restaurant at 485 King Street West.

Police say nine tickets were issued, as patrons were in violation of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, reports CP24.

Toronto does not currently allow indoor dining, and has not allowed it for over seven months now.
