Parents of Aiden Clark say they wish son was killed by white man instead of Haitian because GOP used it as example of migrant crime

"You know, I wish that my son, Aiden Clark, was killed by a 60-year-old white man. I bet you never thought anyone would ever say something so blunt. But if that guy killed my 11-year-old son, the incessant group of hate-spewing people would leave us alone."

The father of Aiden Clark said Tuesday that he wishes his son “had been killed by an older white man, instead of a Haitian” because he says the death is being used “for political purposes.”

“You know, I wish that my son, Aiden Clark, was killed by a 60-year-old white man. I bet you never thought anyone would ever say something so blunt. But if that guy killed my 11-year-old son, the incessant group of hate-spewing people would leave us alone,” Nathan Clark of Springfield, OH said during an opportunity for the public to speak at the Springfield City Commission.

Clark insisted his son “was not murdered” but “accidentally killed by an immigrant from Haiti."

“The last thing that we need is to have the worst day of our lives violently and constantly shoved in our faces. But even that's not good enough for them, they take it one step further. They make it seem as though our wonderful Aiden appreciates your hate, that we should follow their hate,” Clark said, adding, “and look what you've done to us. We have to get up here and beg them to stop”

Clark accused Republicans like federal Ohio Senate candidate Bernie Moreno, Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) and former President Donald Trump of “using Aiden as a political tool” something he called “reprehensible.”

“They can vomit all the hate they want about illegal immigrants, the border crisis, and even untrue claims about the fluffy pets being ravaged and eaten by community members. However, they are not allowed, nor have they ever been allowed to mention Aidan Clark from Springfield, Ohio. I will listen to them one more time to hear their apologies,” Clark said.

Springfield has been a victim of the Biden-Harris administration's Cuba-Haiti-Nicaragua-Venezuela (CHNV) parole program, which the Department of Homeland Security briefly paused the program after an internal report raised concerns over fraud but it is back on track and continuing to allow illegal immigrants into the US.

There have been numerous reports from residents of Springfield that Haitian immigrants are taking the geese from parks to eat. Other residents talk about being terrorized by the flood of immigrants.
