Pro-life activist David Daleiden has released undercover video footage that shows Planned Parenthood executives discussing how they could sell body parts from aborted late-term babies. Some of the babies had allegedly been delivered alive. Then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris investigated Daleiden for criminal activity because of the videos.

Daleiden, of the Center for Medical Progress (CMP), posed as a laboratory wholesaler at the National Abortion Federation’s commercial trade show in 2015. He recorded undercover video of two conversations with Dr. Ann Schutt-Ainé, the chief medical officer of Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, and Tram Nguyen, RN, the branch’s vice president of abortion access. In addition to these conversations, he also recorded Abortion Servies Director Dr. Stacy De-Lin, who was speaking to an undercover CPM reporter about buying livers for $1,500.

Planned Parenthood responded to the release of the videos by saying the discussions centered on the legal, not-for-profit donation of fetal tissue for research.

But Daleiden says that was never the case and says the videos he has just released show that Planned Parenthood was misrepresenting their objectives. “Schutt-Ainé and Nguyen described dismembering the fetuses after delivery to get around possible violations of the federal partial-birth abortion law,” Daleiden told The New York Post

One video shows a pro-life activist from CMP telling Nguyen and Schutt-Ainé that “liver is in short demand” while saying fetal organs and cells are selected on the basis of what is “more profitable.”

"You told me about the proposition, and so now every time I do a D&E [dilation and evacuation abortion], I’m like, ‘Oh, there’s some lungs, there’s some kidneys,'” Schutt-Ainé tells Nguyen in the video.

Nguyen actually apologizes for offering Daleiden a baby missing a limb during a previous session. “We just had to hurry up, whereas other days it’s more intact, where it’s like maybe only like an arm that’s disarticulated,” Nguyen says.

Nguyen later continues, "I’m like, ‘Yeah, I have like a leg for you!’ I’m like, oh sh*t, if other people were to hear me, they’d be like, ‘You are f*cking evil.’” Neither Schutt-Ainé nor Nguyen responded to queries from The Post.

In another video, Daleiden asks Schutt-Ainé and Nguyen about obtaining the most intact late-term aborted babies in order to harvest organs.

“A lot of it has to do with dilation of the mother’s cervix, the opening to the uterus,” Schutt-Ainé said. “Because when you have good dilation, a cervix that’s either well-dilated and/or just softer and more pliable, then as you bring the fetus down, you can get more of it out before disarticulation occurs.”

She added that sometimes as many as four “passes” with forceps are required to rip the baby out of the birth canal. Nguyen noted: “There are some that are like, I need you to make one more pass, one more pass.”

This is to “avoid” the federal partial-birth abortion law that prohibits delivering a baby with the intent of killing the child. Daleiden is accused of eight felony charges that could result in incarceration in California because he filmed the Planned Parenthood officials without their permission.
