A white leftist Portland woman attempted to save a "brown person" who was in the process of being busted for allegedly trying to meet a child for sex at the downtown waterfront. She intervened in the civilian undercover sting operation to ensure that the alleged pedophile who thought he was meeting a 14-year-old girl for sex "was not being harassed." The man has been identified as Samuel DiGiovanni, 35, of Portland, Oregon, who has been charged with sex abuse in the past.
The radical leftist woman identified herself as someone who lives in the neighborhood and does "a lot of mutual aid for the houseless. She said she decided to intervene because "we take good care of black and brown people in this city."
Child predator hunters, People v. Preds, conducted an undercover sting operation on April 15 against a suspected pedophile who The Post Millennia has identified as Samuel DiGiovanni. DiGiovanni arrived at the arranged meetup with condoms in his pocket and thought he was meeting a 14-year-old girl for sex.
The Post Millennial obtained court documents that show he was charged with sexual abuse in the third degree in January 2016. The charges were dismissed.
The operation was conducted after People v. Preds posed as a minor girl and began chatting with Sam through text messages, according to video of the bust. Sam requested multiple sexually explicit photos from the decoy who told him she was 14 years of age. As the conversation proceeded, Sam started "sexting" the girl, sent photographs of his penis, asked the minor if she was a virgin, and requested for them to have unprotected sexual intercourse. He said he doesn't work and is on social security, text messages showed.

Sam then arranged for them to meet up to have sex at the downtown waterfront in Portland and said he was going to buy condoms, according to the text exchange.
People v. Preds arrived at the meetup and confronted Sam about trying to meet a minor for sex. The leftist woman quickly intervened to see if the man was "being harassed."
"I live in the neighborhood and I do a lot of mutual aid for the houseless," she said.
"He's not houseless," replied People v. Preds.
"I wanted to make sure that he was not being harassed," said the woman.
"Do you want to tell her why you're here?" People v. Preds asked Sam.
"No, no. It's okay," Sam responded.
The woman interjected, "Is everything okay? Do you want him to go away? I just wanted to make sure that the brown person was safe because we take good care of black and brown people in this city."
The leftist woman then walked away and People v. Preds continued their sting operation.
People v. Preds told The Post Millennial that Portland Police did not respond to the scene after they had contacted the bureau about Sam. PPB later told them to report the incident to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
At the end of the video of the sting operation, People v. Preds published screenshots of their text exchange with Sam. Some of the texts are as follows:
