"Were these people asleep the whole last year when the [government] mandated medical procedures without consent?" Posobiec wrote on Twitter.

Amidst Saturday’s large pro-abortion protest in Washington DC, Human Events Daily host Jack Posobiec slammed the protestors in attendance for being pro-choice despite remaining mum about the COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

"Were these people asleep the whole last year when the [government] mandated medical procedures without consent?" Posobiec wrote on Twitter.

Posobiec was responding to a tweet from EMILY's List, a political action committee focused on placing pro-abortion Democrats into office. The organization has taken a vocal stance against the court's opinion, most recently hosting a gala event featuring Vice President Kamala Harris.

"How dare they! How dare they tell a woman what she can do and cannot do with her own body. How dare they!" Harris told audiences at last week's EMILY’s List gala.

Where many pro-abortion advocates use the rhetoric of bodily autonomy to support their argument, Posobiec pointed out the hypocrisy of the argument, given last year’s national conversation on the necessity of vaccine mandates.

Posobiec has repeatedly advocated for personal autonomy on issues like vaccines and education. Using the #BansOffOurBodies, the tag used by EMILY's List in their post, Posobiec posted the image of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine along with a syringe.

The Bans Off Our Bodies protest took over the nation's capitol on Saturday in protest of the Supreme Court's leaked majority draft opinion that indicates the court may soon overturn Roe v Wade.
