Public Sqaure CEO Michael Seifert announced a new company policy that is in stark contrast to the family policies of so many other American companies. While Starbucks touts employee funds for sex changes, Target and Amazon and others promise to pay for employees to have abortions, Public Square offers employees $5,000 when they have babies or adopt. Instead of discouraging family creation, Public Square is encouraging employees to plant roots, build communities, and find joy in family, love and making a future.

"My name is Michael Seifert and I'm the CEO of @officialpsq," Seifert began on Twitter. "We are a network of patriotic small businesses that allows you to find high-quality alternatives to woke corporations. We also just implemented a policy where we will pay our employees a $5,000 bonus when they have a baby or adopt. While some companies in America pay their employees to kill their unborn children, we pay ours to have as many babies as possible. Download the app today: http://publicsq.com"

According to a company memo, Target promised to cover abortions and travel for employees who live in states where abortion is restricted. Amazon, too, made that promise to employees. Starbucks said the same thing. Tesla, Yelp, Airbnb, Microsoft, Netflix, Patagonia, DoorDash, JPMorgan Chase, Levi Strauss, PayPal, and Reddit also too the pregnancy termination pledge, along with Walt Disney Company, Meta, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Condé Nast.

But corporate America wasn't the only sector that swore they would make sure their female employees could terminate their pregnancies on the company dime, many agencies in the federal government, including the Departments of Justice and Defense, made that same vow.

It was, in part, due to the preponderance of companies that were encouraging abortions that Seifert decided to take action. "After witnessing companies like Amazon, target, lululemon, Starbucks, and others pay for their employees to terminate their babies," he told The Post Millennial, "we wanted to push back and offer an alternative policy that would celebrate growing families.

"We recently announced to all of our staff (over 55 people full-time and growing rapidly) that if they (or their spouse) have a baby, or if they choose to adopt, we will give them $5,000 in cash after taxes that they’re free to use however they’d like. Companies pushing for abortion in the name of 'women’s healthcare' are not only immoral, they’re liars. All they want is more productivity and if you as an employee have more kids, they’re afraid they’ll lose that productivity. They just want loyal robots, they don’t want healthy expanding families."
