Documents obtained by Judicial Watch have revealed that the Board of Elections in Washington DC held a training event to teach illegal immigrants how to vote in DC elections.

The records obtained by the outlet came as response to a FOIA request for any materials related to the voter training for illegal immigrants.

Earlier in April, the DC election board held a training titled, “Non-Citizen Voting Education Virtual Training” and announced that the non-citizen illegal immigrants could start voting in 2024.

“Illegal aliens and noncitizens should not vote in any elections,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton commented. “That Congress allows the votes of citizens to be legally stolen by illegal aliens in our nation’s capital is inexcusable.”

Chip Roy, who spoke to the Daily Mail, also had thoughts on the training.

"The radical progressive Democrats in the DC city government couldn't be prouder of the fact that they're going to have illegal aliens voting in their elections," Roy told the Daily Mail, "yet, they want us to believe that it's going to stop there, and that none of them are going to try — or be encouraged — to illegally vote in federal elections? Give me a break."

The Texas Republican warned that unless his SAVE Act becomes law, the left will continue its push to give those in the country unlawfully the right to vote once only granted to American citizens.

The SAVE Act would, if passed, prevent anyone from casting a ballot in federal elections without proof of citizenship, and mandate that all states ensure there are no illegal immigrants on their voter rolls. It would also punish election officials who register non-citizens with up to five years in prison.

At the local level, a number of cities have moved to allow illegal immigrants to vote in elections. In Washington, DC, the change will be implemented this year.

According to Judicial Watch, documentation from the event, titled, "Non-Citizen Voting Education Virtual Training," explained where and how the new voters could cast their ballots.
