A well-documented member of Seattle Antifa has been arrested on assault charges in Washington state. Christina Valera Devitt, 38, of Renton, was taken into custody on February 24 and booked into the King County Jail. She had an outstanding warrant for her arrest stemming from a 2025 unprovoked attack on a Jewish man at the University of Washington (UW) in Seattle.

Devitt, who has a history of violence and past ties to the vicious MS-13 gang, has been charged by the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office with fourth-degree assault, a misdemeanor crime. Prosecutors say Devitt "intentionally" assaulted the victim, identified as 29-year-old David Solovy, during an anti-Israel Antifa-affiliated direct action on January 16, 2025, according to a criminal complaint obtained by The Post Millennial.

Police records show that Devitt was apprehended during a traffic stop around 10 pm on February 24 in Federal Way, Washington. She was handcuffed and transported to jail without incident.

The attack, which occurred outside of UW's Husky Stadium, was captured on video. Devitt approached the victim, who was holding an Israeli flag, from behind. She attempted to steal the victim's flag and assaulted him in the process. Devitt was wearing the Antifa terrorist organization's black bloc militant uniform and disguised her identity behind a facial covering when she pounced on the victim. However, a spectator intervened, removed Devitt's mask, and revealed her identity, leading to her prosecution.

Additionally, Devitt got physical with two other individuals, including independent journalist Cam Higby, who filmed the altercation, according to video footage. Campus security guards removed Devitt from the scene, but she was not detained.

According to a UW campus police report, officers "responded to an assault at a pro-Palestine rally at the Sound Transit Light Rail Station - Husky Stadium" at 7:46 pm on January 16, 2025. Officers interviewed witnesses, reviewed video evidence, and established probable cause, determining Devitt committed a crime. Officers attempted to make contact with Devitt at the scene, but she refused to answer questions and fled on foot, per the report.

Devitt, a criminal repeat offender and serial protest arrestee, has since been released from custody on $2,500 bail. She will appear back in court on March 25, records show.

Devitt is a leftist anti-ICE Mexican nationalist who joined Seattle Antifa in 2020, where she began making anti-police propaganda while posing as an "independent journalist" at Antifa-affiliated direct actions. Devitt, on the other hand, actively participates in the violent demonstrations, in which she wears the terror group's black bloc militant uniform to execute criminal acts at protests while hoping to remain undetected. She has several previous arrests from her tenure with Antifa, including for her involvement in the deadly 2020 CHAZ/CHOP autonomous zone, and has had multiple stints in jail stemming from illicit drug use, according to records.

On May 7, 2021, Devitt was arrested for rolling a large dumpster into the garage doors of the Seattle Police East Precinct during a violent Antifa demonstration. Devitt's actions allegedly inhibited officers' abilities to effectively respond to emergency calls, directly impacting members of the community in critical situations, police said.

Devitt, one of several individuals involved in the criminal incident, was taken into custody on malicious mischief charges and booked into King County Jail. The incident caused over $750 in damages, but the charges were later dropped by Seattle's former soft-on-crime prosecuting attorney, court records show.

On April 22, 2024, Devitt was charged by the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for her role in an anti-Israel street blockade, which shut down the main highway that runs through Seattle for more than five hours. The incident, which occurred on January 6, 2024, caused a significant traffic jam. She was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, according to court records.

Devitt has since pivoted her focus to anti-ICE direct actions in the Seattle area. She has been observed protesting and delivering speeches outside of the federal building in downtown Seattle, which has been besieged several times by protesters during Antifa demonstrations since President Trump re-entered the White House in 2025 and enacted mass deportation operations.

On June 11, 2025, Devitt was captured on video attacking a Hispanic man during an anti-ICE Antifa riot outside of the federal building. She was dressed in black bloc at the time of the attack, video shows. The victim was physically mobbed while attempting to save an American flag from being torched by Mexican nationalists.
