The Ontario Liberal Party released video showing the scandal-surfing Rod Phillips participating in a Zoom meeting using a generated background of Queen's Park.

Audio from Phillips, who was on the Caribbean island of St. Barthelemy at the time of the meeting, seemingly catches the sound of waves crashing in the background.

"For clarification: this video is unedited footage from a conference Minister Phillips participated in," wrote the Ontario Liberal Party in their Wednesday tweet. "It was broadcast on Facebook Live."
