School teachers from the anti-Israel group "Teachers Against Genocide" brought school children to protest at multiple different Senate offices.

Videos from the protest were taken in the Hart Senate building. The group of demonstrators split up into different offices and would chant things like "ceasefire now." Many of the adults and school children wore keffiyeh scarves to the demonstration.

Senators Tammy Baldwin, Ben Cardin, and Tina Smith and likely more all had visits from the group that started gathering around 10 a.m. on Wednesday in the Hart building lobby.

A congressional office source said that the protest was "unpermitted" in the building. When Capitol Police spoke to the Post Millennial, one denied that it was a protest, and instead called the gathering In Baldwin's office a "meeting."

After the group started to gather in the lobby of the Hart, they were told they could not use signs as it was technically demonstrating in the main part of the building.

After they took a group photo, some portions of the Teachers Against Genocide and their students went to Senator Baldwin's office to demonstrate.

The adult teachers led the kids in chants of "ceasefire now" as well as "stop killing kids like me."

Signs had phrases written on them such as "book bags not bombs" and "save the children."

In Cardin's office, the teacher led the school children in chants of "ceasefire now" and then several of the students read off statements for Cardin.

As one part of the group split off and went to Cardin's office, another went over to Smith's. Prior to going into the office, an adult leader in the group gathered the kids outside the office to explain why they were there.

She said, "Senator Tina Smith has not called for a ceasefire as of today." The leader continued to explain why she felt so strongly that they had to be there and mentioned that Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) was one of the only Muslim representatives from Congress. Omar has repeatedly called for a ceasefire.

Other groups were seen around the building going to different offices after they split up.
