Toronto police are investigating after a man allegedly fired gunshots into the air on a Queen West patio.

Police say they are seeking a suspect, who allegedly discharged a weapon just before 3 am on Tuesday, October 19, near Queen Street West and Portland Street.

The gun was discharged after a fight broke out, police say. No one was injured.

The man has been described as a 6'2, muscular, with dark facial hair and tattoos. A handout by police shows the man wearing a baseball cap, black pants, black shoes, with a Louis Vuitton satchel bag.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers anonymously.
