A trans woman by the name of Iconic Facce pleaded guilty to two counts of bank robbery on Monday and was sentenced by Circuit Judge Randi Peresich Mueller to 15 years in prison for each count, to be served simultaneously, Fox 10 reports.

Iconic Facce was indicted on charges connected to a March 22, 2019 robbery of a BancorpSouth location on Cowan Road in Gulfport, Mississippi.

She was set for trial on June 28, 2021, but through her attorney, Facce requested to enter her guilty plea before the trial.

Gulfport Police responded to the BancorpSouth location on March 22, 2019 to an alarm call. Facce, according to bank employees, had entered the lobby, and after a few minutes, approached the teller window and slipped a handwritten note to the employee stating 'you have 1 minute to give the money do not be wrong or die." She did not show any weapons.

Employees described Facce as having swollen facial features consistent with recent facial plastic surgery.

Facce was arrested at the Houston International Airport on March 30, 2019 after attempting to re-enter the country from Mexico, this time with new bandages on her face following yet another plastic surgery.

This is not Facce's first robbery. Previously known as Jimmy Maurice Lewis II, she committed another robbery on January 20, 2009, and served 51 months in federal prison. After being released she changed her name to Iconic Facce.
