President Donald Trump was on his way back from Texas to survey flood damage on Friday when he gave federal immigration enforcement agents "total authorization" to protect themselves against violent protesters. In California, Texas, Oregon and elsewhere, agitators and activists have thrown rocks, set fires, and even shot at federal agents trying to carry out arrests.

"I am on my way back from Texas, and watched in disbelief as THUGS were violently throwing rocks and bricks at ICE Officers while they were moving down a roadway in their car and/or official vehicle. Tremendous damage was done to these brand new vehicles," Trump said.

"I know for a fact that these Officers are having a hard time with allowing this to happen in that it shows such total disrespect for LAW AND ORDER. Therefore, I am directing Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, and Border Czar, Tom Homan, to instruct all ICE, Homeland Security, or any other Law Enforcement Officer who is on the receiving end of thrown rocks, bricks, or any other form of assault, to stop their car, and arrest these SLIMEBALLS, using whatever means is necessary to do so.

"I am giving Total Authorization for ICE to protect itself," Trump went on, "just like they protect the Public. I never want to see a car carrying a Law Enforcement Officer attacked again! AUTHORIZATION IMMEDIATELY GRANTED FOR ARREST AND INCARCERATION. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"

In California this week, ICE agents attempted to conduct workplace enforcement at a cannabis farm in Camarillo. Agents told a crowd of about 100 people outside the farm to disperse. Some were protesters and some were family members of those working at the weed farm. When people did not disperse, ICE released tear gas canisters. One man shot at federal agents.

On Friday, DHS Secretary Kristi Noem issued a statement about those criminals who have been targeting ICE agents as agents see a 700 percent increase in assaults against them. “We will prosecute those who dox ICE agents to the fullest extent of the law. These criminals are taking the side of vicious cartels and human traffickers,” said Noem. “We won’t allow it in America.”
