On Thursday night, Turning Point Action will host a "BYOB: Bring Your Own Ballot" party in Tempe, Arizona in an attempt to encourage more people to vote early.

The party, which has been coined a "Ballot Rager," will take place at the Varsity Tavern, not far from Arizona State University’s Tempe Campus, at 9 pm. "Bring your own ballot to the biggest party of the year! We will educate you to fill it out or you can drop it off across the street," the website stated.

A special guest appearance will be made by Donald Trump Jr and additional guests who have not been announced yet, and guests will receive free drinks, MAGA hats, and merch. For those who don’t already have a ballot, "We can help you make a plan to vote at the party."

The party comes amid a push among conservatives to vote early in the 2024 presidential election, a tight race that will come down to the results of the battleground states, Arizona being one of them. Earlier in the afternoon, Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk and others handed out MAGA hats to students on the ASU campus. Also held at the campus was a prove me wrong table.

As of Thursday, RealClearPolling's average of polls has Trump ahead of Harris by 1.1 points. On That day in 2020, Biden, who won the state, was up by four points. Early voting began in Arizona on October 9.
