A report from White Collar Fraud said that $40.9 million flowed through "nine distinct channels, all traceable to George Soros networks" that have been funding six different organizations that have all endorsed and backed Mamdani's political rise.
The findings allege that the six organizations connected to Soros have laundered the over $40 million in charitable donations to then redirect those funds to political activity and fuel Mamdani’s ground game.
The White Collar report stated, “The coordination methods described here resemble those commonly seen in sophisticated criminal enterprises. They involve multiple legitimate-looking entities that hide the true flow and purpose of funds. Advanced operations avoid openly revealing their coordination—they establish plausible separations while keeping control through shared leadership, circular money flows between ‘unrelated’ entities, and selective transparency that hides relationships from federal oversight while acknowledging them in other contexts.”
Soros’ group has claimed that the findings, however, are “riddled with inaccuracies, false assumptions and misinformation” in response.
“The math isn’t the only thing that doesn’t add up,” a spokesman for the Soros’ Open Society’s Foundation, now headed by his 40-year-old son, Alex, told the Daily Mail in response to the report. "The grants it cited – many of which we were earmarked for specific projects and causes elsewhere around the country as we have disclosed – were made years before the mayoral race even began."
The six organizations, the report from the watchdog alleged, have been coordinating to deploy “1,200+ volunteers and knocking on 256,000+ documented doors" with the millions of funds to boost Mamdani's political rise.
“The campaign claimed 75,000 total volunteers knocking on 436,600 doors—professional field operations funded by the coordinated network, all presented to voters as independent grassroots support. None appearing in campaign finance reports,” the White Collar Fraud report added.
Investigator for White Collar Fraud, Sam Antar, told the Daily Mail that the Soros-linked entities may have violated federal tax laws, and he has filed 11 whistleblower complaints to the IRS. Antar is a previously convicted felon as well as former CPA who now helps the government in white collar fraud investigations.
