One of the illegal immigrants suspected of attacking two officers from the New York Police Department near Times Square has been arrested yet again, this time for allegedly robbing a Macy's in Queens.

Despite being charged with two felonies for his role in the gang-beating of the two cops, 19-year-old Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel was released without bail by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg before going on to commit another crime.

According to Fox News, Gomez-Izquiel and three other suspects allegedly stole $608 worth of clothing from the Macy's at the Queens Center Mall on Tuesday evening. On their way out, a security guard attempted to prevent them from leaving, and was punched in the face by one of the suspects, causing minor injuries.

The quartet fled on foot, and while Gomez-Izquiel was apprehended the following morning, the other three suspects are still on the run. He was subsequently charged with robbery and petit larceny.

The now-repeat offender drew the ire of NYPD Deputy Commissioner Kaz Daughtry, who posted the teen's mugshot on X while he was still on the run, promising him that he "will be in handcuffs again very soon."

"One of the migrants who assaulted our officers last week in Times Square is back at it again," Daughtry lamented. "This time he was part of a group that robbed a department store in Queens. They also assaulted an employee. Different borough, different crime — same disregard for the law. This is the last thing NYers need."

The NYC Police Benevolent Association echoed his sentiments.

"Those who attack NYC police officers have zero respect for the law," the group wrote. "This is EXACTLY what happens when our justice system fails to hold them accountable — they are emboldened to victimize other NYers. He needs to be put back behind bars…and kept there."
