He said that for those who are Islamic extremists, they that he said have the "end goal ... to impose Sharia law on this nation. No religious cult or ideology gets to override our constitution."

After Kid Rock finished his speech, Trump took to the stage, pitching the vision of what he and the GOP are offering in the upcoming midterms versus what he said the Democrats would bring. He touted various policy wins from the administration as he has been in office, including cracking down on immigration and fraud.
"We inherited the worst border in American history, we turned it into the strongest, most secure border in history," Trump said, saying the US government mobilized the military in order to accomplish border security.
He also touted a recent policy win where the GOP was able to identify where US citizens were overcharged and "defrauded" on Obamacare by the Biden administration. "We just sent the victims of this Democrat fraud checks for $500 each including over 30,000 families living right here."
