A group of Pennsylvania House Republican lawmakers announced in a memorandum, Friday, that they will be introducing a resolution calling for Gov. Tom Wolf and Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar to relinquish their certification of the 2020 general election results.
The memorandum cites several election irregularities specifically with mail-in ballots, pre-canvassing and canvassing. Since the legislative session concludes Monday, November 30, the resolution will only have a short life if it is introduced, Pennlive reports.
The memorandum comes two days after President Trump's lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, testified in front of Pennsylvania House Representatives and Senators regarding allegations of voter fraud within the state.
The memorandum reads, "postal employees in Pennsylvania have reported anomalies relating to mail-in ballots, including multiple ballots delivered to a single address with unfamiliar addressees, ballots mailed to vacant homes, empty lots, and addresses that did not exist."
"Witnesses testifying before the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee on November 25, 2020 have provided additional compelling information regarding the questionable nature of the administration of the 2020 General Election," it continues.
Pennsylvania House Speaker Bryan Cutler was not involved in the writing of the resolution, according to Cutler's spokesperson. The House Speaker has not yet scheduled any session days to consider the resolution.
