5 illegal immigrants charged with kidnapping 14-year-old Indiana girl out of her home, taking her to Missouri

Marlon Aguilar, 44, Arturo Eustaquio, 41, Noe Guzman Hernandez, 24, Daniel Ruiz Lopez, 19, and Carlos Funez, 56, were charged with one count of second-degree kidnapping, and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Five illegal immigrants have been arrested after authorities tracked down a missing 14-year-old girl in Missouri. Marlon Aguilar, 44, Arturo Eustaquio, 41, Noe Guzman Hernandez, 24, Daniel Ruiz Lopez, 19, and Carlos Funez, 56, all of whom are foreign nationals, were taken into custody on Tuesday.  

They were subsequently charged with one count of second-degree kidnapping, and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Both are Class D felonies. The victim was found alongside the men in their vehicle and rescued. The group of five illegal immigrants from Mexico and Honduras, according to the Daily Caller.  

The victim was first reported missing on June 16 by her father after he witnessed her enter a Dodge Durango with the foreign nationals outside their family home in Indiana. The following morning at 2am, Missouri State Highway Patrol was made aware of her disappearance and began investigating.  

Before long, deputies with the Cass County Sheriff's Office was able to track the teen's location down via her cell phone to Hannibal, a town nearby. Police proceeded to catch up with the Durango and pull it over in Macon County.  

When officers got to the vehicle, the teen admitted that she was the missing girl in question, and that the men were taking her all the way to California to meet someone she had met via the internet, per WRTV. She was removed from the vehicle and placed in the patrol car.  
 
Each of the five illegal immigrants are considered a flight risk, according to probable cause statements reported on by the Caller.
