Following a brawl that broke out on Tuesday evening between school parents in Glendale, California who were protesting a local board meeting and Antifa as well as other leftist demonstrators, Democrat Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) has come out and expressed his support for Antifa after the clash, sharing his thoughts on Twitter on Tuesday night.

"These continued acts of violence and hate towards our LGBTQ community - especially towards students, parents, and teachers – are horrific," he began in a post replying to a report on the brawl. "All of our children deserve to both feel safe and be safe regardless of who they love or how they identify. We will not go back. We will not apologize for celebrating the strength and the diversity of our LGBTQ community."

Local families in the district, especially ones who are Armenian and in many cases Christian as well, have expressed their stringent opposition to the radical leftist gender ideology being taught in the school. Numerous law enforcement officers were seen breaking up the fight.

"Basically there's some so-called Antifa, or hoodlums, anti-social folks who were here, 20-30 folks, who segregated themselves with LGBTQ protesters, then they moved away and went to a parking lot, they met a group of Armenian men. One of the Antifa attacked an Armenian man and the men fought back" a father on the scene told The Post Millennial.

Schiff additionally is, according to himself, an original co-sponsor of the Equality Act, a proposed bill that has been widely described as an attempted attack on the First Amendment given that an employer can be regarded as engaging in harassment simply by not acknowledging the desired gender or pronoun of a trans-identifying individual, among other things.

The California representative was seen celebrating the so-called 'Pride Month' 10 years ago, suggesting he is very much in line with the LGBTQ cause.
