ALX has revealed that he won the former Twitter bird logo and the "@" sign that had been hanging outside of the social media company’s headquarters in San Francisco before Elon Musk rebranded the platform to X.

"I signed up for the first one so I was notified about this one [and] saw it on @xDaily’s feed. I just paid for it and I’m in touch with shipping companies cause they have to ship to MA from SF. I should have it in a few weeks I think," ALX told The Post Millennial.

ALX said that the company was auctioning off a number of logos, adding that the "winner is responsible for getting permits for removal"

"If you remember X got in Trouble when they removed the main sign," he added.

ALX said that one statue that was being auctioned off went for $100,000, "so I thought this one was going to go for more so I was surprised I won the bird & @ so easily."

On BidSpotter, Twitter has been auctioning off a number of items under the auction name: "Twitter Rebranding: Online Auction Featuring Memorabilia, Art, Office Assets & More!"

Items that have already sold include neon Twitter-themed lights, various furniture and technology items, artwork, and additional signage.
