Marilyn Manson is facing massive career fallout after multiple women have come forward accusing him of sexual misconduct and rape. Most notably, Westworld actress Evan Rachel Wood posted allegations toward Manson on her Instagram earlier this month:

Since that post, multiple women have come forward with claims about Manson including trans filmmaker Love Bailey who says that he held a gun to her head in 2011 and called her a “f*ggot”.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has now opened an investigation into Manson. TMZ claims that sources have told them police are set to interview one of the alleged victims in the coming days. Marilyn has defended himself via Instagram, posting the following statement:

Fans of Manson are left wondering both if these allegations are true, and also if they should continue listening to his music. Similar conundrums have arisen for the likes of R Kelly and Michael Jackson, but time and the justice system will hopefully iron the situation out.
