Radical left-wing activist group ShutDownDC is offering money to people who provide the locations of conservative SCOTUS justices for the express purpose of harassment.
On their Twitter account Friday, ShutDownDC posted, "DC Service Industry Workers... If you see Kavanaugh, Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Coney Barrett or Roberts DM us with the details! We'll venmo you $50 for a confirmed sighting and $200 if they're still there 30 mins after your message."
On Wednesday, ShutDownDC was responsible for forcing Justice Kavanaugh to make a hasty retreat from a Morton's Steakhouse and said the restaurant "should be ashamed for welcoming a man who so clearly hates women."
ShutDownDC's calls for harassment against conservative justices has primarily taken place on Twitter. Twitter's policy on abusive behavior states, "We prohibit behavior that encourages others to harass or target specific individuals or groups with abusive behavior" and "includes, but is not limited to; calls to target people with abuse or harassment online and behavior that urges offline action such as physical harassment."
According to Fox News, Twitter has yet to explain why ShutDownDC's posts do not violate their harassment policy.
ShutDownDC has been active and aggressive for months in protest of the Supreme Court's overturn of Roe v. Wade.
The ShutDownDC website has a section dedicated to teaching "Civil Resistance," a practice they describe as "knowing how to confront power and how to protect each other."
The conservative members of the Supreme Court have been targeted for months by activists and Democrat leaders for their decision to send abortion rights back to the states. Kavanaugh was the target of a failed assassination attempt in June.
