The lawsuit against Gen. Michael Flynn has been dropped. Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered that the case be "dismissed as moot." There was little standing once President Trump issued a pardon to Flynn.

Judge Sullivan has granted the DOJ Motion to Dismiss as Moot (due to pardon).
Sullivan: "ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED AS MOOT."

AG Bill Barr's Department of Justice filed a motion for the case to be dismissed. Sullivan considered that motion, but once the pardon was in for Flynn, he dropped the case. Sullivan begrudgingly noted the pardon.
The Federal Judge on Flynn's case is signaling he will ignore Trump's pardon and drag the case out.

President Trump pardoned former national security advisor Michael Flynn in November. Flynn had served as a senior advisor to Trump during his 2016 presidential campaign.
On January 22, 2017, Flynn was sworn in as the National Security Advisor, but he resigned shortly thereafter after information surfaced that he had misled Vice President Mike Pence about the nature and content of his communications with Russian ambassador to the United States Sergey Kislyak. Flynn's tenure was the shortest in the history of the position.
In late 2017, Flynn agreed to partake in the investigation and formalized a deal with Special Counsel Robert Mueller to plead guilty to a felony count of "willfully and knowingly" making false statements to the FBI.
However, it is widely believed that he was railroaded and that the allegations were entirely manufactured to hurt the Trump administration.
The United States Department of Justice announced that it intended to drop all charges against Flynn on May 7, 2020. Federal district judge Emmet G. Sullivan ruled the matter to be placed on hold. After Flynn was pardoned, Sullivan had no choice but to the let the case drop.
Flynn is beloved by Trump supporters and is widely regarded as a victim of the Russian collusion investigations.
