All flights at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) were grounded late Tuesday morning after a reported bomb threat on a United Airlines flight arriving from Houston.
The FAA issued a security emergency around 11:30 am ET, halting both incoming and outgoing flights and affecting more than 800 scheduled departures and arrivals.
Passengers on the ground said the arriving United flight was quickly surrounded by emergency vehicles after landing. Air
