The motion was filed on Friday morning amidst the vote on the spending package.
Greene teased the motion on Bannon's War Room on Friday morning.
“We are making that decision on a minute-by-minute basis today, Steve, and I think you can stay tuned," Greene told Bannon about the decision on the motion.
The motion to vacate would delay the vote for at least two days but would subsequently push the vote until after recess a couple weeks from now.
Greene took to the floor to voice her concerns over the bill and then later spoke the press about the motion.
Greene emphasized how the package would not secure the border and would allow the border crisis to continue as well as how congressional leadership did now allow an amendment process on the package.
