Lindell was turned back at the border because he was not fully vaccinated, nor did he have a negative PCR test.

On Tuesday evening, My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell, as well as the truck full of 10,000 pillows he vowed to bring to Canadian truckers currently protesting in Ottawa, were intercepted at the Canadian border and denied entry.

A senior government source told the National Post that Lindell and an accompanying videographer were stopped at the Port Huron-Sarnia border crossing Tuesday evening enroute to Ottawa.

They were reportedly on their way to distribute “pillows and Bibles” to convoy protestors.

The same day, a My Pillow truck carrying "over 10,000 pillows" and 1,000 "Bible pillows" for the truckers’ children was reportedly stopped attempting to cross the Ambassador Bridge from Detroit to Windsor, which recently reopened after days-long protests blocked the bridge.

The senior government source, which was granted anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss this issue publicly, told the National Post that Lindell was turned back at the border because he was not fully vaccinated, nor did he have a negative PCR test. They added that the truck was turned back at the border because the driver did not have a valid pre-arrival PCR test.

The source said that Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) caught on to the arrival of Lindell just before his arrival at the border through social media posts.

Currently, rules require that foreign visitors crossing the border into Canada to have at least two COVID-19 vaccine doses, as well as show a negative molecular COVID-19 test result taken within 72 hours of arrival in order to enter the country.

Earlier this week, Lindell vowed to bring the pillows to the truckers still protesting in the capital city of Ottawa.

Speaking with Right Side Broadcasting Network's Brian Glenn the MyPillow founder said "We're busy. All of our employees are busy making pillows right now for the truckers in Canada. We're gonna try and get them through. I'm not going to say what day, or you know we'll be…they'll be obstructionists."

"It's going to be great. You know I have a plant up in Canada. I have a factory up in Canada, but we can't make enough there because of what happened before when…. Remember when I was cancelled in the United States, Canada companies cancelled me too: CostCo, the Canadian Shopping Channel, so our production went way down a year ago," Lindell added.

"I've got a little problem with Trudeau, let me tell ya…. this started with me way back." Lindell concludes in his remarks. "What brave truckers just going around the world now. It's amazing..." Lindell added, praising the pro-medical freedom protests now worldwide. "I encourage all the truckers – don't give up!"
