Sean "Diddy" Combs was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, and not guilty on all other counts by a federal jury on Wednesday. This comes after the jury said on Tuesday evening that it had reached a verdict on counts two through five, but were hung up on the first count.

Combs was charged with one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Count one is the racketeering conspiracy charge, while counts two through five are the sex trafficking and transportation charges. The first count carries the most severe penalty, with the maximum sentence being life in prison. The sex trafficking counts carry a 15-year sentence minimum, while the transportation counts carry a maximum of 10 years in prison.

Deliberations resumed on Wednesday morning, and just before 10 am, the jury returned a note to Judge Arun Subramanian stating, "We have reached a verdict on all counts," per CNN

The defense requested that Combs be allowed to walk free now that he has been found not guilty of the sex trafficking charges and the RICO count. The defense said that his family could sign a bond. The prosecution said that Combs should not be released until it is determined that he is not likely to flee or be a danger.
