On Tuesday, the State Department stated that the US has no obligation to admit foreigners who express they want to harm American citizens. The agency then revealed that six foreign nationals had their visas revoked after they made vile comments about Charlie Kirk's assassination.

The State Department posted to X, "The United States has no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans. The State Department continues to identify visa holders who celebrated the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk. Here are just a few examples of aliens who are no longer welcome in the U.S."

The agency then went onto post multiple screenshots of posts made by foreign nationals who expressed disdain for Kirk upon his death, mocking the assassination.

"An Argentine national said that Kirk 'devoted his entire life spreading racist, xenophobic, misogynistic rhetoric' and deserves to burn in hell. Visa revoked," the agency posted. Another who had their visa revoked was a South African national, who said, “They’re hurt that the racist rally ended in attempted martyrdom” that Kirk was "used to astroturf a movement of white nationalist trailer trash."

"A Mexican national said that Kirk 'died being a racist, he died being a misogynist' and stated that 'there are people who deserve to die. There are people who would make the world better off dead.' Visa revoked," the agency added in the thread of posts.

After posting six examples in total, the State Department wrote, "[President Trump] and [Secretary Rubio] will defend our borders, our culture, and our citizens by enforcing our immigration laws. Aliens who take advantage of America’s hospitality while celebrating the assassination of our citizens will be removed."

The move from the State Department comes weeks after the assassination of Kirk on Utah Valley University campus, where he was speaking to college students in debate. The agency has also taken other steps to revoke visas of foreign nationals living in the US, including visas for foreign students over charges of assault and support of terrorism.
