BREAKING: Three men stab man outside Times Square McDonalds in machete attack

A man was stabbed in both legs by three men who were reportedly attacking him with a machete.

A man was stabbed in both legs by three men who were wielding a machete outside the McDonald's in Times Square on Thursday, police have said.   

The man who was not immediately identified was taken to Bellevue Hospital after the attack at around 1 pm and was listed as in stable condition. The police had to search for to arrest the three suspects following the attack. It occurred at the McDonald’s near 45th Street and Broadway. 
 


 
One suspect was in jeans, a black shirt, and had a backpack, per the New York Post. Another was wearing a “Wu Tang Clan” logo hoodie with the third in a gray hoodie and wearing jeans. All three suspects were arrested by police, per the outlet.  
 

 
Workers were seen cleaning up blood at the scene, per the US Sun. Yellow tape covered the area as police set up to investigate the crime. Law enforcement told the Post that the stabbing was connected to a group of scammers that sell compact discs to tourists to scheme them out of cash.
