President and GOP frontrunner Donald Trump spoke in Sioux City, Iowa on Friday, only moments after President Joe Biden delivered his bizarre rant in Valley Forge, PA. In his first campaign speech of the 2024 election season, incumbent President Joe Biden took aim not only at his primary political opponent but also at his supporters. He has no respect or concern for those Trump voters who value freedom and liberty over war, open borders, and diversity, equity and inclusion.

The timing of this first speech was no coincidence, it was designed to mark the 3rd anniversary of the J6 protests at the Capitol in 2021. That was a protest that opposed Biden's impending leadership, and Biden still cannot forget it. His 2023 year end approval rating of 37 percent won't let him.

But for Trump, his election is not about past grievances but about hope for America's future. "Ten days from now," Trump told Iowans, "the people of this state are going to cast the most important vote of your entire lives."

"By delivering a massive victory in Iowa, you will send a thundering message straight to Crooked Joe Biden, the Fake News Media, and all the evil and sinister people trying to destroy this nation," Trump said.

"With your vote for our campaign on Monday, January 15th, you will declare that we are going to take back our country, we are going to defeat Joe Biden, and we are going to Make America Great Again!" He said, using the same catchphrase from his 2016 campaign that Biden and the Democrats have turned into an insult. But for Trump supporters, for those who love America and want to see her light shine bright, there is only pride in believing in the nation's future.

"The stakes of this election could not be higher," Trump said. "Under Crooked Joe Biden, our borders have been erased. Millions of illegal aliens are invading from all over the world. Our Middle Class is being crushed by Biden’s crippling inflation. Violent criminals are running wild in Democrat-run cities while law enforcement has been weaponized against Christians, conservatives, and people of faith. We have war in Europe, war in the Middle East, China is threatening Taiwan, Iran is inches away from a nuclear bomb, our military has gone woke, and we are teetering on the brink of World War Three."

Indeed, millions of illegal immigrants have crossed into the US, discarding their ID papers by the side of the Rio Grande so they can tell border control a false identity, or claim asylum or refugee status, or can declare themselves to be stateless. Under Biden's open border policies, each one of these illegal border crossers is given a court date to appear often five or more years into the future where they can state their case for being in America.

"There is only one candidate in this race who is up to the task of saving America from every single Biden disaster starting on day one," Trump said, before laying into Biden's disastrous record.

"Joe Biden’s record is an unbroken streak of weakness, incompetence, corruption, and failure," Trump said. "That’s why Crooked Joe is staging his pathetic fearmongering campaign event in Pennsylvania today—because he doesn’t want to talk about the border, or inflation, or Afghanistan, or all the chaos he has caused throughout the world. The only reason Biden is at Valley Forge abusing George Washington’s legacy to slander 75 million Americans is that he knows he can’t show his face at the Southwest Border, or in East Palestine, Ohio, or at the autoworkers’ factories in Michigan where he is destroying hundreds of thousands of jobs."

"Crooked Joe cannot talk about a single issue that matters to hardworking Americans—because he has failed you and betrayed you on every single one. Biden and the Radical Left Democrats lie about us because they know that Americans can’t stand the truth about them," Trump said.

"This election is our last chance to save America."

Biden and the Democrats say the same thing. Only for Biden, it's the last chance to enforce his policies of diversity, equity and inclusion. As his press secretary recently reminded America, he has "always, always, always put equity at the center of every policy."

"The battle begins in Iowa on January 15th—and Joe Biden’s Banana Republic ends on November 5th, 2024. With your help, we are going to bring our country back from hell!"

"Our country is dying—and this is no time to waste your vote on another establishment career politician," said Trump, who had no experience in politics prior to becoming president. "A vote for Donald Trump in these caucuses is a vote to secure our border. It’s a vote to stop the invasion. It’s a vote to rescue our economy. And it’s a vote to reclaim our democracy from Crooked Joe Biden and the entire criminal class in our nation’s capital."

"Unlike every other candidate in this race, with me, you know in your heart that I will always put America First, and with God’s help, I will get the job done."

"Victory cannot come soon enough," Trump said. "As we speak, the last remnants of our open and broken border are crumbling into rubble, as millions of people storm into the United States in the largest illegal mass migration in the history of the world. A record 300,000 illegal aliens were detected crossing the border in December alone."

"Under the Trump administration, we had the most secure border in US history. We built 561 miles of border wall, and got Mexico to give us 28,000 soldiers, worth billions of dollars, free of charge." On his first day in office, Biden signed an executive order stopping work on that wall. He left millions of dollars of supplies and equipment sitting along the US-Mexico border, just as he left millions of military equipment sitting in Afghanistan when he chaotically withdrew US forces in 2021.

"Ron DeSanctimonious, Nikki Haley, and the rest of the pack will never do what it takes to secure the border," Trump said, taking aim at his closest competitors in the GOP race, though they trail by more than 50 points in many polls.

"Nikki Haley has been in the pocket of the Open Borders establishment donors her entire career—and now Nikki Haley’s campaign is being funded by Biden donors," he said. "She opposed my Border Wall, she condemned my strong border policies, and in 2016, she stabbed the Republican Party in the back by siding with Barack Obama against the Trump Travel Ban. Nikki Haley would sell you out and grant an amnesty to Biden’s illegal aliens her very first week."

On Friday, Haley essentially adopted Hillary Clinton's 2016 platform, saying "Is America ready for a female president? You bet, and I’m going to be the one to make them proud."

"Sadly, the establishment losers and sellouts lagging far behind us in the Republican Primary cannot be trusted on taxes, trade, or anything else," Trump said, going after the GOP establishment that keeps throwing money at candidates the people do not appear to want. "They are globalists and they always will be. There is nothing you can do to change them.  They’ll betray you just like they betrayed me. Iowa does not want politicians like Ron and Nikki who both support a 23 percent national sales tax."

"You don’t want politicians like Ron and Nikki who both want to gut Social Security and Medicare for our great seniors," Trump said. "Ron voted three times to raise the retirement age to 70 years. And Nikki says the retirement age of 65 is way too low. Unlike DeSanctus and Nikki Haley, we will always protect Social Security and Medicare for our seniors."

"On my first day back in the White House, I will terminate every Open Borders policy of the Biden administration, stop the invasion on our southern border, and begin the largest domestic deportation operation in American history," he said.

"I will shift massive portions of federal law enforcement to immigration enforcement. And we will immediately restore and expand the Trump Travel Ban on entry from terror-plagued countries," Trump promised.

"Not one thing has gotten better under Crooked Joe Biden. Under the Trump Administration, you were better off, your family was better off, your neighbors were better off, your communities were better off, and our country was better off. America was stronger, richer, safer, and more confident than ever when you had me behind that desk in the Oval Office," he said.

"It’s no wonder the same corrupt forces that have been fighting us every step of the way are now breaking every rule and shattering every norm in a lawless attempt to keep us from defeating them at the ballot box. Joe Biden is a threat to Democracy—he’s weaponizing law enforcement for high-level election interference," he said.

"Our founding fathers would be turning in their grave if they could see this. No American should be ok with a political party being weaponized against their enemies," he said. Biden has denied being party to the Department of Justice's cases against Trump, but Biden

"All of this is being done because we’re beating them so badly in the polls." Trump has been beating out Biden in polling of a hypothetical general election rematch.

"Every time the Radical Left Democrats, Marxists, Communists, and Fascists indict me, I consider it a great badge of honor. I’m being indicted for you," Trump said.

On Friday, in the civil case brought against him in New York, Attorney General Letitia James asked that he be forced to pay $370 million. She alleges that by borrowing money and paying it back with interest Trump defrauded investors. Her allegation is that he overstated his assets. But she's the only one who has complained—not one of his lenders has a grievance. Trump faces criminal charges in 4 cases spread between New York, Georgia, Florida, and Washington, DC, two of which were directly brought by the Biden administration.

"Never forget—our enemies want to take away my freedom because I will never let them take away your freedom," Trump said. "They want to silence me because I will never let them silence you. In the end, they’re not after me, they’re after you—and I’m just standing in their way." During Biden's speech, he spoke with pride about the more than 1,200 Americans who were arrested for protesting his impending leadership on January 6, 2021, and gleefully noted that they had been collectively sentenced to more than 840 years in prison.

"This is far more than a campaign—this is the greatest political movement in the history of our country," he said. Biden has framed this election as an existential inflection point, and many believe that it is. The difference is that Trump promises prosperity and peace while Biden offers divisiveness, more war, and increasing illegal immigration which is crushing our cities.

"So if you want to Save America from Crooked Joe, then get every patriot you know, make sure they are registered Republicans, and get them out to vote in their local precinct caucus at 7 PM on Monday, January 15th," Trump said, encouraging voter turnout.

"The Great Silent Majority is rising like never before—and under our leadership, the Forgotten Man and Woman Will Be Forgotten No Longer!" These are the same voters that Biden virulently hates, accuses of being white supremacist simply for believing that being white is not a fault or reason to be left back while those of other races are pushed forward.

"We will love our country. We will take care of our country. We will pray to God for our strength and for our liberty. We will pray for God, and we will be with God," Trump concluded.
