Missiles were launched towards Israel from Iran, according to the Israeli Defense forces on Tuesday. This comes after Israel took out multiple members of the leadership of Hezbollah.
Earlier on Tuesday, the White House released a statement saying that there were "indications that Iran is preparing to imminently launch a ballistic missile attack against Israel," and added that the US is “actively supporting defensive preparations to defend Israel against this attack."
“A direct military attack from Iran against Israel will carry severe consequences for Iran,” a senior White House official said.
