Special Report with Bret Baier averages 2.3 million viewers, with 233,000 in the 25 to 54 age bracket. The outlet noted that more Democrats and independents tune into the Fox News show than any other show in that time slot.
This comes after Harris in August refused to debate Trump on the network. Trump wrote at the time, "Comrade Kamala Harris has just informed us that she will NOT do the Fox News Debate on September 4th.”

According to the New York Times, Harris is expected to sit for 25 to 30 minutes of questioning. Hillary Clinton, the 2016 Democratic Party presidential nominee, was the last party nominee to sit for a Fox News interview. Baier’s interview with Harris is set to air the same day the outlet will broadcast a town hall event in which Trump will field questions from an all-female audience.
