Bill Cosby and his wife Camille are fighting back against Montgomery County. On Thursday, they reportedly met with a legal team to explore options for lawsuits. According to TMZ, the Cosby couple are looking into suing for abuse of process, among other options for grounds for lawsuits.

Cosby, now 83 years of age, was released from prison on Wednesday after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned his previous conviction.

"I have never changed my stance nor my story. I have always maintained my innocence," commented Cosby, who famously refused to undergo sex offender treatment while in prison.

The court ruling that freed Cosby is very complex. It also doesn't pronounce either way on his guilt or innocence. Much of it has to do with an alleged previous agreement he had in place with the Montgomery County DA's office under a previous DA.

Another technical issue was the trial's presiding judge's decision to summarily allow an extra five prosecution witnesses on the stand.

Cosby went to prison in 2018 for three counts of aggravated indecent assault counts, and before this ruling, was set to serve a full ten year sentence.
