Comedian Whitney Cummings ROASTS CNN, Pfizer, Biden, Kamala live during New Year’s Eve broadcast

"I do believe we need to hold 2024 accountable for its behavior," she said, "that is what white women do now, we point out other things that are toxic, because we don't get irony, and that is our truth. This was the year that people were behaving so poorly we started being wistful about murderers."

She brought up the Menedez brothers, two California convicts who have been imprisoned for years for murdering their parents. There was some talk in 2024 of securing their release due to the fact that their murdered parents were abusive to the boys, who were 21 and 18, respectively, when they gunned down their mother and father in their Beverly Hills home. She brought up Gypsy Rose Blanchard, the matricidal murderer who rose to fame after being paroled from prison after serving 8 years. Her mother had forced her to pretend to be disabled to gain sympathy and assorted awards and prizes.

"Murdering your mom is so brat," Cummings said.

Others in 2024 celebrated the suspect believed to have killed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in cold blood, Luigi Mangione. Cummings called him a "heart throb."

"2024 totally broke our brains," she said. "Half the people I know think we're in a simulation. I'm starting to wonder."

But her most controversial comments were about the Democrat Party's failures in 2024, which she clearly found disappointing. "The Democrats couldn't hold a primary because they were too busy trying to hold a body upright," she said, referring to deteriorating President Joe Biden.

"Are we still rolling? Am I off?" She asked. Cohen told her to "go for it." Cohen seemed amused by the whole thing while Cooper hid under his umbrella.

"It was amazing that the pro-choice party didn't give their voters one when it came to the presidential candidate," she said, referencing how Biden dropped out and immediately endorsed his VP Kamala Harris without any consideration for the 14 million voters who had already cast primary ballots for Biden.

"Kamala was forced on us so hard you'd think she was patented by Pfizer... or Moderna, whichever ones—Oh God, Andy just gave me a very scary look," she said. But he urged her to go on.

During the pandemic, she had made fun of people who didn't wear masks and even took aim at MAGA-world figure Brick Suit over his custom suit. She urged everyone to wear masks, saying that it would "help" them "get chicks."

After taking aim at the Democrat Party, their penchant for dotty old men, and DEI candidates, she went after celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, who had a big wedding and an even bigger divorce.

"I think we all agree on a lot of things, and since I only have a minute left live on establishment media, why don't we just say a bunch of things we know they're never gonna cover. Ok ready? Go.

"Trump shooter didn't have any silverware in his house, no one thought that was weird? Are we still rolling? Crown prince of Saudi Arabia put money into Disney, so just know there won't be any girl characters in the next Cars movie. Are we still rolling? This is wild.

"Why have so many presidential chefs died? Weird. Boy Scouts of America, they renamed themselves Scouting of America. You know who else changed their name? Sean Combs, just saying, let's learn something in 2025. I can't believe you guys are still letting me go. This is amazing. I love CNN."
