An email record recovered by Fox News revealed connections between a list of top Democrat contacts and the business ventures of Jim and Hunter Biden’s SinoHawk Holdings Company, along with its partnership with the now-bankrupt CEFE China Energy Company.

The recovered email was sent from Jim Biden, President Joe Biden's brother, on May 15, 2017 to Hunter Biden, the President's son, Tony Bobulinski, Rob Walker, and James Gillar with a subject line that read "Phase one Domestic contacts/projects."

The "contacts" the email referenced point back to some of the most powerful figures in the Democratic party. There were contacts available to SinoHawk Holdings through Hunter Biden that the Chinese CEFE Energy Company allegedly hoped to use to advance their partnership and political influence with American businesses.

The list includes names like then-Vice-President Joe Biden, then-Senator Kamala Harris, Senate Minority leader Chuck Schumer, Sen. Amy Klobuchar, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, Sen. Kristen Gillibrand, former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, former New York City Mayor Bill DeBlasio, former Virginia Governor Terry McCauliffe, and others.

One of the email’s recipients, Tony Bobulinski, went on the record with Fox News to unpack the contents of the email. Bobulinski explained that he had been brought on by Hunter Biden to work as the CEO of SinoHawk Holdings and to facilitate its partnership with CEFC Energy.

"I just saw behind the Biden curtain and I grew concerned with what I saw," Bobulinski told Fox News. "The Biden family aggressively leveraged the Biden family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities even though some were from communist-controlled China."

With the business’ emails discussing potential political contacts in the United States, it was clear to Bobulinski that the Chinese had something else in mind by doing business with Hunter’s company.

"I realized the Chinese were not really focused on a healthy financial ROI,'' Bobulinski said. "They were looking at this as a political or influence investment."
He didn’t stop there. He suggested that Hunter Biden was using SinoHawk and its finances for his personal uses.

"Once I realized that Hunter wanted to use the company as his personal piggy bank by just taking money out of it as soon as it came from the Chinese, I took steps to prevent that from happening," Bobulinski said.
