"The amount of Catholic leaders that came to Mar-a-Lago shows itself. And the fact that we sold out in a week and a half — incredible total success."

A prayer event hosted by Catholics for Catholics at Mar-a-Lago brought messages of hope for the future as well as fighting for the identity of America.

On Tuesday evening, many of the Catholic faith gathered at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago mansion in Florida to send a message of hope for the future and offer a prayer for Trump’s success.

Several hundred gathered together to attend the event and join together in a community of faith.

John Yep, CEO of Catholics for Catholics, told The Post Millennial of the event’s success, saying, "We garnered the attention of the liberal media. They were not happy with this. They published their hit pieces, which is automatically a good sign that we are over the target."

"Furthermore, the amount of Catholic leaders that came to the Mar-a-Lago shows itself. And the fact that we sold out in a week and a half — incredible total success."

Yep emphasized that Trump is the candidate that is needed in 2024 as opposed to incumbent President Joe Biden.

Speakers at the event included Human Events’ senior editor Jack Posobiec, who announced the release of his new book "Unhumans: The Secret History of Communist Revolutions and How to Crush Them."

"Tonight, we’re proud to announce that we have signed a deal with a publisher," Posobiec said. "[The book] will teach us all how to identify the cultural Marxists, how to use their playbook against them, how to crush their revolutions, and we will specifically call them that which they are."

"They themselves have become the Unhumans," he added. The book is set to be released on Independence Day.

Other speakers included the Daily Wire’s Michael Knowles, who took time to focus on the destruction of the family that comes from left-wing policy.

"Parents may not want teachers calling their son Sally in the fifth grade, but that's just too bad, according to the libs, who insist that parents have no right to object," the commentator told the audience.

Anti-child sex trafficking non-profit Operation Underground Railroad founder as well as inspiration for the hit movie Sound of Freedom, Tim Ballard, also spoke at the event.

During his speech, Ballard focused on the border crisis and how the Biden administration has allowed it to persist and affect the sex trafficking of children, "Why have you made our US border institutions and the border agencies child trafficking delivery services?"

"That is what’s happening," he added. Ballard also took aim at material being given to children in schools, saying, "Children are being targeted... Look what they're giving our kids in public schools and calling it sex education. It's pornographic material."

Pro-life advocate and speaker, Patricia Sandoval, also spoke at the event and focused on her redemptive story of being drug addicted and living on the street as well as working at an abortion clinic to becoming a mother of two and a pro-life advocate.

After working at a clinic herself, she said she started to realize the "truth about abortion" and was "heartbroken."

She told the audience, "I started to use cocaine. I started to use methamphetamine and I became an addict. And quickly I became a homeless person addicted to methamphetamine living on the streets of California."

She later turned her life around and said of her husband and children, "God has given me two little girls. My family's here with me tonight."

"Every life has purpose in the eyes of God," she said. "In 2020, President Donald Trump was the first president to attend in person the March for Life in DC."

General Mike Flynn also spoke and applauded the efforts of those present and pressed for more Catholics to be fearless in their faith.

Catholics for Catholics, as an organization, on its about page emphasizes those of the faith to "find their roots in the teachings of" the Catholic Church and that it provides "educational resources about Catholic doctrine, including materials addressing Catholic leaders’ positions on public policy, legislation, and other social welfare matters."
