Vice President Kamala Harris is experiencing yet another turnover of staff, this time being her chief of staff, Tina Flourney. On Thursday it was revealed she was leaving for "personal reasons."

She'll be replaced by Harris' senior advisor Lorraine Voles, who previously worked as a communications director for Al Gore when he was Vice President. She was also an adviser for Hillary Clinton back in 2008.

In a scoop from the Washington Post, much of their write-up includes mention of how Flourney leaving will revive people's attention to the "high frequency of staff turnover" when it comes to working for Kamala Harris.

Flourney's job was overseeing the strategy for the Vice President, and organizing the staff members that worked under her.

"I will be eternally grateful tot he Vice President for giving me this amazing opportunity," said Flournoy in a statement. "Life has taught me — or maybe someone told me — that if you see a frog on top of a post, it didn't get there on it's own. Thanks for all of your help lifting me up — everyday."

"We are done for now" with staff turnover, a source close to the VP's office told CBS.

In a statement regarding Flourney's departure, Harris said: "Tina has been a valued advisor and confidant to me and tremendous leader for the office. From day 1, she led our team during a historic first year as we made progress rebuilding our economy here at home and our alliances around the world. Tina is the consummate public servant and I will continue to rely on her advice, counsel and friendship."

Biden's Chief of Staff Ron Klain also gave remarks, which agreed that Flourney was an important member coordinating the Vice President’s efforts with Biden’s team.

While Harris aides continue to say staffers leaving is routine, even the Post has now pointed out that Biden's inner circle has been more consistent throughout his presidency.

It was last December when "over a dozen current and former staffers" confessed to the outlet the stressful conditions of working under Kamala. On the one hand, they said she deals harsh criticisms, while on the other the VP was oftentimes underprepared herself when it comes to briefings.

By the time of that December article, Kamala's chief spokesperson, communications director, press operations director, and deputy director of public engagement jumped ship. Since then, Harris has also lost national security adviser Nancy McEldowney, and speechwriter Kate Childs Graham.

At the start of April, the VP's deputy chief of staff Michael Fuchs announced he was leaving the administration, according to Reuters.

The Post alludes to the divide between Kamala Harris and Joe Biden when it comes to the 2022 midterm election. It's projected that the results in November will define how Democrats plan to move forward for 2024.

But when it comes to criticisms of the Vice President, talk shows like The View deflect complaints against Kamala by labeling it as racism and sexism.
