As of Monday, Kyle Rittenhouse is no longer enrolled as a student in the ASU online program, amid continued protests by socialists students who have been lobbying to get him kicked out.

On Monday, ASU stated that Rittenhouse was "not currently enrolled in any classes at ASU", further mentioning that he "has not gone through the ASU admissions process."

According to Campus Reform, a previous statement from ASU had confirmed that Rittenhouse was, at that time, "enrolled as a non-degree seeking ASU Online student for the session that started Oct. 13, 2021, which allows students access to begin taking classes as they prepare to seek admission into a degree program at the university."

A far-left students' group has been demanding that Rittenhouse be kicked out of the university, despite having been declared not guilty in a court of law.

"Even with a not-guilty verdict from a flawed "justice" system - Kyle Rittenhouse is still guilty to his victims and the families of those victims. Join us to demand from ASU that those demands be met to protect students from a violent blood-thirsty murderer," said a statement from the group.

"The goal of these demands is to let the ASU administration know that we as the ASU community do not feel safe knowing that a mass shooter, who has expressed violent intentions about ‘protecting property’ over people, is so carelessly allowed to be admitted to the school at all," the statement continued.

"Students for Socialism @ASU has organized a rally with MECHA on 1 Dec. demanding Kyle #Rittenhouse be kicked out of the university. The militant far-left group has also demanded that money be given to the Multicultural Center, a state-funded CRT hub on campus," tweets journalist Andy Ngo.
