Rudy Giuliani reported on Monday that he had turned the controversial hard drive that reportedly belonged to Hunter Biden over to Delaware State Police. Guiliani said that as part of the investigation into the contents of that hard drive, photos of underage girls, as well as explicit text messages, were recovered, which is what led to him handing it in to authorities.

Lauren Witzke, who is running for Senate to represented Joe Biden's home state of Delaware, reported to Twitter that she had spoken to a police source in New Castle County, which has jurisdiction. Witzke confirmed that the hard drive had been turned over to police.

Witzke said that the source she spoke to at the police had "CONFIRMED that the laptop contained child pornography."

After police confirmed that information, they turned it over to Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings, who in turn, gave it to the FBI. The FBI allegedly already has a copy, since they reportedly seized the laptop in December 2019.

The laptop and its contents were first revealed by the New York Post on Oct. 14. At that time, the Post released articles that alleged, based on email correspondence found on the drive, that Hunter Biden had been engaged in an influence peddling scheme. That scheme reportedly involved serving his business associates in Ukraine and China access to top White House officials, including then VP Joe Biden.

Emails also were cited in allegations that Joe Biden had profited from these arrangements as well. The stories from the Post were suppressed and censored by social media giants Facebook and Twitter. Twitter alleged that the Post was guilty of distributing hacked material, but there was no evidence of hacking, as the laptop was legally obtained.

Since the revelations from the Post, more information has come out. Bevan Cooney, a former business associate of Hunter Biden's who is currently serving time for white collar crime, flipped as well, giving access to his email correspondence involving Hunter and their business dealings to reporters at Breitbart. They have been digging into those emails and associated documents and information has been coming out.

Chanel Rion, of OANN, reported that she has seen some of the contents of the drive as well, and that it does include images of minor that "justify immediate action," as well as damning photographs of Hunter Biden engaged in illicit activities.

The laptop in question was left at a Delaware repair shop, where the owner of that shop turned it over to the FBI, but not before making a copy of it and giving it to Giuliani.

While mainstream media outlets have reported that the laptop is part of a Russian disinformation scheme, there is no evidence to back that up, and intelligence officials, such as Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe, have said that the laptop is not a fabrication but is authentic.

Joe Biden has said that the majority of those in the intelligence community have debunked claims about the laptop, but this appears to be wishful thinking, because it's not actually fact.
