The Biden administration appointed five immigration judges on Monday, and among the appointed includes an activist judge that sits on the board of an organization whose mission is to abolish ICE and the police.
Romy L. Lerner is the board secretary of a group called "Detention Watch Network." The organization's goal is to "abolish immigration detention" in the United States "through collective advocacy, grassroots organizing, and strategic communications," according to their website.

View on XThe Biden administration and their advancement towards "open borders" experienced a significant setback last week when a federal judge blocked Biden from retiring Title 42, a public health order put into place by the Trump administration that expedited the removal of illegal immigrants at the US/Mexico border during the pandemic.
Three Republican states: Arizona, Louisiana, and Missouri led the charge for two-dozen and sued at the beginning of April with the concern that the CDC violated the Administrative Procedures Act by ending Title 42 in a fashion that didn't give proper notice and comment ahead of time.
To help mitigate the illegal immigration crisis at the US/Southern border with no help from the Biden administration, Texas governor Greg Abbott loaded up buses full of migrants and sent them to Washington, D.C. last month.
Biden's Department of Homeland Security encountered 234,000 illegal immigrants along the US/Mexico border in April, the highest yet on record.
