Biden admin sued by Oklahoma AG over ‘unlawful’ vaccine mandate that ‘does not reflect the Land of the Free’

Oklahoma's attorney general John O'Connor filed a lawsuit Thursday against the Biden administration to stop its mandatory COVID-19 vaccination requirements for federal employees and the National Guard.
O'Connor blasted President Joe Biden's federal vaccine requirements for military members and federal workers as being "unlawful," declaring in a press release that the COVID-19 mandate "does not reflect the Land of the Free."
The attorney general is also a temporary restraining order to block its enforcement while litigation is ongoing. O'Connor is asking that a court declare the mandate that "does not reflect the Land of the Free" unconstitutional.

Members of the state's National Guard may quit their jobs rather than get vaccinated against COVID-19, according to the attorney general. O'Connor claims that scenario would "irreparably harm" the safely and security of Oklahomans.
"These patriots, along with many federal employees, who serve their country and their state are now at risk of being terminated because they do not wish to take the vaccine," O'Connor stated in the press release, which also noted that the Biden administration has previously admitted that it is not the federal government's role to enforce vaccine mandates. "This vaccine mandate is unlawful and does not reflect the Land of the Free," said O'Connor in the press statement.
