BREAKING: A third former aide has come forward alleging sexual misconduct against Andrew Cuomo

The fourth woman in question is Ana Liss, who served as a policy and operations aide to Mr. Cuomo between 2013 and 2015. In her interview with The Wall Street Journal, Liss said she perceived these actions to be innocuous flirtations but over time felt as though they were becoming demeaning. She says she felt she was diminished to "just a skirt."

“It’s not appropriate, really, in any setting,” she said.

The Wall Street Journal also reached out to Governor Cuomo and received a reply from Rich Azzopardi, a senior adviser to Mr. Cuomo. “Reporters and photographers have covered the governor for 14 years watching him kiss men and women and posing for pictures. At the public open-house mansion reception, there are hundreds of people, and he poses for hundreds of pictures. That’s what people in politics do,” he said.

Cuomo himself has addressed these accusations, citing his actions as innocuous and merely customary to his personality. “I understand that sensitivities have changed and behavior has changed, and I get it. And I’m going to learn from it,” said Cuomo.

Governor Cuomo has also apologized to the other two women who accused him of sexual misconduct. “It was unintentional, and I truly and deeply apologize for it,” he said Wednesday. “I feel awful about it and, frankly, I am embarrassed.”

Republican lawmakers have already called for Governor Cuomo to resign, but Democrat allies have held in steadfast support. This may all now come to a turn as just a few days prior to this breaking news, New York Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins said she was one accuser away from calling Cuomo to resign. “Any further people coming forward, I would think it would be time for him to resign,” she said.

Ms. Liss is now yet another woman who has accused the Governor and it remains to be seen whether he will indeed resign from his position.
