In a exclusive interview with NBC, Elon Musk revealed the first all-civilian SpaceX mission.
Musk is teaming up with tech entrepreneur Jared Isaacman, who will lead the crew on the mission. This mission itself is part of a fundraising effort for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
"When America went to the Moon in 69, it wasn't just a few people, humanity went to the Moon," said Musk.

Isaacman is writing the first check for $100 million, following years of support for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
"If St. Jude's succeeds, you don't need a Make-A-Wish," said Isaacman.
NBC asked Elon Musk regarding the backlash around the recent Gamestop stock. He did not want to comment on the matter as it would distract from the historic moment.
